Correspondent

Because your offices do not fall within the jurisdiction of a specific Court does not mean that you must compromise on the level of service your Client has become accustomed to. Our Attorneys are equipped to deal with all kinds of Correspondent Work. We understand how important your matter is and therefore we strive to provide the same level of service as if you were directly involved, thereby reducing the jurisdictional barrier for yourselves and your Client. Our rates are competitive and in accordance with the party and party tariff of the specific Court. Disbursements are however charged separately and do not fall part of the party and party scale. Disbursements include but are not limited to: Sheriff fees, Courier fees, Tracing fees etc.

Our services include:

  • Normal and urgent Issuing of documents (actions and applications) and delivery to Sheriff;
  • Drawing of Court files;
  • Taking receipt and filing of pleadings, notices, documents, and affidavits;
  • Drafting of filing sheets and ancillary documents;
  • Attending to index and paginate Court files;
  • Attending Pre-Trial Conferences and applying for Trial Dates;
  • Following up of Default Judgment Applications;
